Vocational training
Promoting entrepreneurial activities at vocational schools
Brief description of the project
As part of the project, vocational schools develop entrepreneurial activities so that the vocational students acquire relevant skills and the schools can generate additional income. In cooperation with and for private companies, the project develops training courses that are in demand. On the other hand, entrepreneurial activities are implemented with the involvement of the vocational school students, such as a driving school or carpentry workshop attached to the vocational school, where the students are already involved in the development of the business plans and later work in service or production.
This second phase of the CREATIVO project will be implemented in close cooperation with selected centers of excellence. The project will enable these vocational schools to advise other vocational schools in their sector on the development of training courses and entrepreneurial activities. A digital platform ensures access to important resources and support services in order to plan and implement entrepreneurial activities – even beyond the project.
In addition, all vocational schools receive marketing support and a new website.
Project goals
- Young people and adults improve their employability through relevant vocational training.
- Centers of excellence offer other vocational schools qualified support in the introduction of further education courses or entrepreneurial activities.
