Plugins
This website uses web fonts from Adobe for the uniform display of certain fonts. The provider is Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (Adobe).
When you access this website, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Adobe in order to display them correctly on your device. In doing so, your browser establishes a connection to Adobe’s servers in the USA. This gives Adobe knowledge that this website has been accessed via your IP address. According to Adobe, no cookies are stored when the fonts are provided.
Adobe is certified in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield. The Privacy Shield is an agreement between the United States of America and the European Union that is intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards. You can find more information at: https://www.adobe.com/de/privacy/eudatatransfers.html.
The data is stored and analyzed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of the typeface on its website. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; the consent can be revoked at any time.

5. data security
When you visit our website, we use the widespread SSL or TLS method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. In addition, we apply further suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
6. analysis tools and advertising
Matomo
This website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that enable the cross-page recognition of the user to analyze user behavior (e.g. cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Matomo about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before it is stored.
With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data about the use of our website by website visitors. This enables us to find out, among other things, when which pages were accessed and from which region. We also record various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser and operating system used) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).
This analysis tool is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymized analysis of user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TTDSG. Consent can be revoked at any time.
IP anonymization
We use IP anonymization for the analysis with Matomo. Your IP address is shortened before the analysis so that it can no longer be clearly assigned to you.
Hosting
We host Matomo with the following third-party provider:
li-life web+it est.
Lova Center
9490 Vaduz
Liechtenstein
Order processing
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract prescribed by data protection law, which ensures that the provider only processes the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Deactivate Matomo
You have the option of preventing the actions you take here from being analyzed and linked. This will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and improving usability for you and other users.

7th Newsletter
Our newsletters contain information about our activities. We only send newsletters on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or a public order.
The contact details for the newsletter are managed by the company “The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp, (675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308 USA, privacy@mailchimp.com), “Mailchimp” for short, where this data is processed. Mailchimp is registered on the “US Privacy Shield” list, which is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards in the USA.
Registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registering, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no-one can register with other people’s e-mail addresses. Subscriptions to the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes storing the time of registration and confirmation as well as the IP address.
With the help of MailChimp, we can analyze our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent with MailChimp, a file contained in the email (known as a web beacon) connects to MailChimp’s servers in the USA. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g. time of access, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses can be used to better tailor future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
If you do not wish to be analyzed by MailChimp, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.
You can revoke this consent at any time by either sending us an e-mail (newsletter@led.li) or canceling via the link at the end of the newsletter.
The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation. The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted from our servers as well as from the servers of MailChimp after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected by this.
For more information, please refer to MailChimp’s privacy policy at: https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/.
