This year, the LED is once again organizing a free workshop together with the state of Vorarlberg. This time on the topic of “Impact and sustainability in projects”.

You are involved in international cooperation projects. You put your time, knowledge and heart and soul into it. And yet at some point the question arises: What do we really achieve? And what remains when a project ends?

In this seminar, you will take a practical look at impact and sustainability.

You will learn how impact can be consciously planned, reflected upon and made visible. And how sustainability is specifically integrated into projects. You combine specialist knowledge with your own project experience and take away tools that you can apply directly in your organization.
