Sandra Halvorsen joined our team in Schaan today as a specialist for monitoring, evaluation, learning and compliance. The newly created position underlines the importance of impact measurement, learning and quality assurance in international cooperation and is an important step in the further development of the LED.
With Sandra, LED has gained a proven expert in the field of impact measurement and development cooperation. As a development economist with a doctorate, she has nine years of experience in the development and implementation of monitoring, evaluation and learning systems in international development programs.
In her new role, Sandra will develop the monitoring and evaluation system, strengthen impact measurement, accompany compliance processes and support reporting. She will also provide methodological advice to project managers and international offices and support the impact-oriented development of programs.
In her work to date, she has been particularly committed to improving living conditions in low- and middle-income countries. Issues such as gender equality, youth development and inclusive development have strongly influenced her work.
