The LED Foundation is responsible for the bilateral development cooperation of the Principality of Liechtenstein. For the LED team in Schaan we are looking for a
Project manager(s) (80%)
You make:
- Monitoring of project progress and content-related support of a project portfolio with a focus on sustainable food systems in 2 LED partner countries (Tanzania, Mozambique)
- Establishing new partnerships and further developing the project portfolio in close cooperation with project partners and other donors on the ground
- Establishment of LED presence in the partner countries and update of LED country programs including impact measurement
- Development of the decision-making basis for operational and strategic management levels
You are bidding:
- Master’s degree in development-related subject areas
- Ideally a relevant postgraduate degree in the field of development cooperation (e.g. NADEL)
- Several years of experience in project management in development cooperation, preferably while working in Africa or other countries of the Global South
- German and English, Portuguese would be an advantage
- Willingness to undertake project clarification and monitoring trips to partner countries for 3-5 weeks per year
- Independence, flexibility and conceptual thinking
- Empathy towards partner organizations and colleagues in the partner countries
