Technical training for vocational students and mentors in Moldova
Vocational school students in the Republic of Moldova take part in further training as part of the Youth Maker Club, e.g. in technical workshops, makeathons, repair cafés, events on the topic of ecological consumption or career guidance. There they have access to various learning opportunities, e.g. technical content such as CNC and woodworking, Arduino and electronics, 3D printing and model making, robots and drones, Python, Raspberry Pi and also jewelry design.
In September, additional mentors from the cities of Ungheni, Cahul, Balti and Chisinau were trained in model making and 3D printing in order to further expand the offer for vocational school students at four locations in the Republic of Moldova. On October 17, the first graduates of this semester received their diplomas. These training courses are part of the Youth Maker Club project, which is implemented by the National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) and supported by the LED.
