As soon as we have learned to stand on our two legs, we fall down again and so it continues cheerfully in our life. Each of us has to take defeats. The fact that we fail is not a contradiction to being happy - if we allow ourselves to look and recognize the good in so-called «failure», namely the experiences and the lessons we draw from them and which then help us to move forward. Only the ability to fail, the courage to fail and the recognition of the treasure within is an essential part of happiness. Michaela Risch from the Clinicum Alpinum Gaflei gives valuable insights and suggestions in her lecture.
