{"id":4017,"date":"2026-02-19T14:23:34","date_gmt":"2026-02-19T13:23:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/led.digicube.dev\/projekt\/promotion-of-dual-vocational-training\/"},"modified":"2026-04-14T07:59:33","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T05:59:33","slug":"promotion-of-dual-vocational-training","status":"publish","type":"projekt","link":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/project\/promotion-of-dual-vocational-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Promotion of dual vocational training"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\">Brief description of the project<\/h3>\n\n<p>The national strategy &#8220;Education 2030&#8221; of the Republic of Moldova aims to increase the share of dual VET in total VET from 17% in 2021 to 70% by 2030 and the number of students enrolled in dual VET from 10% in 2021 to 60% by 2030. There are initial successes to report, but also many &#8220;growing pains&#8221; in scaling up dual VET. There is still a lack of knowledge and uncertainty among companies and schools as well as potential trainees and their families, which is why comprehensive information campaigns and support measures are needed for school leavers, companies and (vocational) schools.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The aim of the project is to arouse the interest of potential trainees in dual vocational training, to support vocational schools in the introduction and implementation of dual programs and to increase the number and quality of training programs.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dual VET can be an effective measure to reduce the high NEET rate among Moldovan youth, as the employment rates of graduates of dual VET are higher compared to traditional VET.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\">Project goals<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Raising awareness among potential trainees of the benefits of dual vocational training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vocational schools can respond better to the needs of companies and the labor market<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greater involvement of the private sector in the implementation of dual training programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":4018,"parent":0,"template":"","schwerpunktland":[76],"sektor":[75],"class_list":["post-4017","projekt","type-projekt","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","schwerpunktland-moldova","sektor-vocational-training"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/4017","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/projekt"}],"version-history":[{"count":7,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/4017\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":4429,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/4017\/revisions\/4429"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/4018"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=4017"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"schwerpunktland","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/schwerpunktland?post=4017"},{"taxonomy":"sektor","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/sektor?post=4017"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
