Moreover, few of these opportunities are tailored to the needs of the market. <strong>SIFAs<\/strong><em>(Site Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de Formation Agricole<\/em>) are easily accessible, community-run, hands-on training centers for young people that prepare and guide them to start their own lucrative agricultural businesses in a short period of time. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-text\">Project goals  <\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Young adult producers learn agroecological practices, entrepreneurial skills and market knowledge in order to carry out a lucrative agricultural activity adapted to climate change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SIFAs are recognized as centers of excellence for agroecological agricultural training and innovative climate change-adapted practices that promote producer empowerment and improve the environmental impact of the agricultural sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SIFAs are recognized as official vocational training institutions and are managed by local stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3986,"parent":0,"template":"","schwerpunktland":[84,80],"sektor":[74],"class_list":["post-3983","projekt","type-projekt","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","schwerpunktland-mali","schwerpunktland-senegal","sektor-food-systems"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/3983","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/projekt"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/3983\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3990,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/3983\/revisions\/3990"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/3986"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3983"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"schwerpunktland","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/schwerpunktland?post=3983"},{"taxonomy":"sektor","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/led.li\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/sektor?post=3983"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
