The Fe y Alegr\u00eda project enables over 1,200 young women and men to receive training in mechanics and IT at the <em>T\u00e9cnico Medio<\/em> and <em>T\u00e9cnico Superior<\/em> levels. <\/p>\n\n<p>Through practical training, the strengthening of 5 vocational training institutes (ITS) and 5 adult education centers (CEA) as well as cooperation with the state and the private sector, young people&#8217;s chances of finding employment or self-employment are improving in the long term.
