It was a great opportunity for our team to discuss ongoing projects, current developments in the country, and the next steps. <br\/><br\/>Moldova is one of the LED\u2019s priority countries in the area of vocational training and employability. This is because a good education is crucial for young people to develop career prospects and for companies to find the skilled workers they need. In Moldova, the LED supports several projects that, among other things, promote vocational skills for the green transition, strengthen young people\u2019s technical and digital skills, further develop vocational training institutions, and foster entrepreneurial thinking in vocational schools.  <br\/><br\/>Our goal: vocational training that is tailored to the needs of the labor market and makes it easier for young people to enter the workforce. The personal exchange between our country offices and the team in Schaan is particularly valuable in this regard: experiences from the projects feed directly into our work, and vice versa. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last week, our LED coordinator from Moldova, Nadejda Burciu, visited us in Schaan.
