The work on these projects is often done on a volunteer basis. A good idea and a strong commitment are essential\u2014but for projects to be successfully implemented, careful planning is also necessary.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop \u201cFrom Project Idea to Concrete Implementation\u201d provides a practical guide to turning an idea into a realistic and well-structured project. Participants will learn how to plan projects systematically, create realistic budgets, and identify typical challenges as early as the planning phase. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to expert input, the workshop also offers an opportunity to exchange ideas with other organizations and initiatives involved in development cooperation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Getting to Know the Participating Organizations and Initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Project Cycle\u2014From Concept to Implementation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tools for Successful Project Planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating Realistic Project Budgets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open Q&amp;A and Exchange of Experiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Speaker<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop will be led by Birgit Anna Mayerhofer. She has more than 15 years of experience in international project management and has managed numerous projects in the field of development cooperation. Today, she supports both small initiatives and international organizations in the areas of development cooperation, humanitarian aid, and peacebuilding, assisting them with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of their projects.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Event Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Date: Thursday, October 29, 2026<br\/>Time: 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.<br\/>Location: St. Laurentius Parish Center, Reberastrasse 16, Schaan<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation is free of charge for member organizations of the Liechtenstein Development Cooperation Network.
