At the same time, the LED celebrated its 60th anniversary, marking six decades of commitment to international solidarity and development cooperation. <\/p>\n\n<p>The report shows how the LED implements sustainable development cooperation together with local and international partner organizations. The focus is on the two strategic priority areas of food systems and vocational training and employability. <\/p>\n\n<p>In 2025, the LED supported a total of 52 projects in nine priority countries. Around 70 percent of the project funds went to sub-Saharan Africa. Other programs were implemented in Bolivia, Moldova and Cambodia, among others. The total project volume amounted to CHF 14.6 million.   <\/p>\n\n<p>The annual report provides an insight into specific projects and their impact:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3,100 students in Bolivia completed a technical education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.2 million smallholder farmers in Tanzania improved their farming methods thanks to agroecological radio programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,400 people in Cambodia underwent further vocational training in the tourism sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In addition to project work, the report also highlights topics such as communication, governance, finance, the work of the country offices and cooperation with partner organizations worldwide.  <\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/led.li\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/LED_JB_2025_Einzelseiten.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"4535\">Click here for  the annual report. <\/a> <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In its new annual report, the Liechtenstein Development Service (LED) looks back on an intensive and effective year 2025.
