Digital education is not a topic for the future, but for the present. And in four “New Generation Schools” in Hashtag#Cambodia, a new program shows how it’s done: practical, participatory and effective.<\/p>\n\n
The Digital Visualization Technology Skills Accelerator Program (DViTSA) brings 3D modeling, animation and game design into the classroom – with specially trained teachers, well-equipped labs and learning approaches that focus on teamwork and creativity.<\/p>\n\n
“Education is the key, but only if it connects with the children’s reality. That’s why we support programs like this: They promote skills that have a future, they strengthen young people’s self-confidence and they build bridges – between urban and rural areas, between girls and boys, between learning and living,” says Pius Frick, our coordinator in Cambodia.<\/p>\n\n
What is special about this project:
The project was presented in Phnom Penh at the end of June 2025 – with broad participation from the ministry, teachers, project partners and students. The enthusiasm was palpable. And the will to expand the program is strong.<\/p>\n\n
