These form the core of its work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All projects pursue a clear goal: to sustainably improve living conditions and strengthen local structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LED does not work alone. The projects are implemented together with local partners. With organizations, educational institutions, authorities and specialist agencies that know the local context and have a long-term impact on the ground.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"gb-element-2b7f53f6\">\n<p class=\"gb-text text_bolder_16\">What guides the LED in its project work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LED&#8217;s projects are structured in an impact-oriented manner. They are developed on the basis of sound analyses, clear objectives and defined impact models.<br\/>Planning, implementation and monitoring follow professional standards and<br\/>are reviewed on an ongoing basis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-183b0f1a\">At the center are our four guiding principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leave no one behind<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gender justice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cultural diversity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ecological sustainability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p class=\"gb-text text_bolder_16\">From individual projects to systemic impact<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LED is increasingly working with country programs in which several projects<br\/>contribute to a common development goal. A significant proportion of this goes to the least developed countries.
