Its work is based on a clear vision, a unifying mission and a strategic direction that defines the areas in which it concentrates its efforts. Together, these form the framework for the LED&#8217;s projects and partnerships.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text text_bolder_16\">Vision<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LED believes that sustainable development is possible if people are given access to education, income and social participation and if the ecological foundations of life are protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text text_bolder_16\">Mission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LED connects people, knowledge and resources in order to solve challenges such as food insecurity and unemployment together with local partners. Its mission is to empower people in their own contexts to build prospects for the future and strengthen vital structures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text text_bolder_16\"><a href=\"https:\/\/led.li\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Strategy-2023-2026-short-version-English-1.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"903\">Strategy (2023-2026)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The LED&#8217;s current strategy focuses its activities on two<br\/>key areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The promotion of sustainable food systems with a focus on agroecological approaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening vocational training and employability so that young people and disadvantaged groups have better opportunities in the labor market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>By focusing on these two areas, the LED aims to achieve the greatest possible long-term impact with limited resources.
